Ernie
Reilly, MSW,
LCSW
Executive Director
A Licensed
Therapist, Child Therapist, Play Therapist,
Adolescent Counselor, Family Counselor, and Couple's Counselor.
Ernie
has over twelve years experience working with children, adolescents,
adults, families and couples. He has extensive training and experience
in treating relationship issues, depression,
anxiety, childhood
trauma, grief
issues, unmanageable
behavior problems, ADHD, school problems,
eating disorders, child abuse, concentration
difficulties, separation issues,
attachment issues, divorce issues,
medical
illness issues, sexual
acting-out
problems, aggression,
and other childhood and adult emotional and behavior difficulties.
Ernie is the
winner of the 2005 Victim Services Award and presents both locally and
nationally on mental health treatment. He is one of the founders of the
Central Florida Chapter of CHADD - the local ADHD support
organization. He is also one of the pioneers of the Central
Florida Chapter of the Association for Play Therapy.
Ernie recieved both his undergraduate and graduate
degrees from Florida State University and completed his post
graduate training at Orlando Reginal Health Care System. In
addition to his private practice, Ernie has served as a supervisor for
mental
health programs at Arnold
Palmer Hospital for Children and Women and the Howard Phillips
Center. He is currently a
paid
consultant at Arnold Palmer Hospital.
Ernie is also an adjunct professor at the University of Central
Florida teaching graduate students how to work with children,
adolescents, adults, couples and families. In addition, Ernie
supervises
professional counselors and therapists as they meet their
licensing requirements for the State of Florida.

George
Allmaras, MA,LMHC
Director of Adult Services
A Licensed Mental
Health Counselor with over 20 years in
the field working with families, couples, and parents. George
specializes in couples counseling, marriage therapy, and individual
therapy with adults. As sexual issues are frequently a problem in
relationships, George also holds an advanced certification in Sex
Therapy allowing him to address deep-rooted sexual issues or sexual
dysfunction with individuals or couples. In addition, George has
extensive training and experience treating depression, anxiety, sexual
trauma, childhood abuse issues, relationship issues, anger issues,
grief issues, and issues related to chronic or serious medical
conditions.
Throughout his twenty years in the field, George has
also worked for Orlando Regional Health Care System, The Family
Research and
Guidance Center, and The Center for Counseling and Consulting.
George has worked as Director of the Sexual Trauma Recovery Center
and Director of the Child Protection Team at Arnold Palmer
Hospital.
George completed his undergraduate psychology training
at the University of Florida, he received an MBA from the University of
Miami, and completed his graduate training in Mental Health Counseling
from The University of Central Florida.

Michael
Bombka, MA,
LMHC
Child, Adolescent and Couples Therapist
A Licensed Mental
Health Counselor
who specializes in working with children, adolescents, adults, and
couples.
Michael has advanced training and experience treating childhood trauma,
anxiety, depression, divorce issues, grief issues, abuse, as well as
many other childhood and adult
issues. He also has advanced training in treating children or
adolescents who act out aggressively, act out sexually, are having
school problems, or children who
have alcohol or drug abuse issues.
After receiving his graduate degree from the University
of Central Florida, Michael completed his post-graduate training
and acquired extensive work experience while working for Arnold Palmer
Hospital for Children and Women. He has served as child
therapist, adolescent therapist, and adult therapist and as a
supervisor while at Arnold Palmer Hospital.
Michael has also worked for the Healing Tree/Sexual
Trauma Recovery
Center, The HUG Me Program/Pediatric HIV Program, The
Center for Consulting and Counsulting and The Seminole County's Kids
House.

Kathy Hummel, MSW,
LCSW
Adult, Family and Couples Therapist
Kathy has over 29 years
experience in the field working with
adults, adolescents, couples, parents and families. She specializes in
working
with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, grief
and loss
issues, post traumatic stress disorder, sexual trauma, sexual
dysfunction/addiction issues, and past childhood abuse
issues.
Kathy has been
recognized as Social Worker of the Year in
2005. She is also one of the two authors of the book Building
Baby’s Brain
Power, a well respected book that shows parents and professionals
how to
tap into children’s five senses – hearing, sight, smell, taste, and
touch – to
actually stimulate the growth of the brain and increase the child’s
intelligence. Kathy is an adjunct professor at Webster
University, and
is a consultant with
numerous agencies in the Central Florida area
including
the Orlando Veterans
Center, Arnold
Palmer Hospital,
and The Diocese of Orlando.
During her 29 years in the field, in
addition to her private practice work, Kathy has served as the
Clinical Director and Executive Vice President of the BETA
Center in Orlando
which provides comprehensive services to pregnant women.
As sexual issues are frequently a
problem in
relationships, Kathy also holds an advanced certification in Sex
Therapy allowing her to address deep-rooted sexual issues or sexual
dysfunction with individuals or couples. Kathy presents both
nationally and locally on brain
development, attachment issues, abuse issues, sexual issues, and
parenting difficulties.
Kathy completed her
undergraduate degree at Mercyhurst
College and
completed her graduate
training from Florida State
University.
Kathy completed
her post-graduate training from The American Association of Sex
Educators, Counselors
and Therapists, and River Oaks Hospital and Trauma Training Center.

Andrea
Garwood, MA,
NCC, LMHC
Adolescent and Adult Therapist
A Licensed Mental
Health Counselor with over 10 years in
the field working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Andrea specializes in working with women, couples, and adolescents.
Andrea frequently treats depression, anxiety, relationship issues,
grief and loss issues, sexual trauma, past childhood abuse issues, teen
issues, and
issues related to chronic or serious medical conditions. Andrea also
has expertise and extensive experience in treating African American and
Caribbean clients or working with culturally related issues.

John Grbac, Psy.D
Independent Testing Consultant
A Licensed Psychologist who specializes in assessment,
testing, therapy, and providing evaluations for children and
adolescents. He has over seven years post graduate experience in
the field and is well versed in psychological evaluations to assess
intellectual functioning, achievement level, personality, and emotional
functioning.

Abbey Tewson,AA
Office Manager
Abbey Tewson has recieved advanced training in the
fields of
customer service, healthcare management, office management, and medical
billing. She also has extensive training and experience in the field of
drama, music, and marketing.
In fact, Abbey has been seen in several televison advertisements for
national
companies. In addition, she has extensive training and experience in
the field of youth outreach and working with children and teenagers in
a variety of settings.

Amanda Bailey,BA
Office Staff
Amanda Bailey has extensive training in the service and
retail industries and has training in medical billing and holds a
degree in psychology.

Michael Cepero
Office Staff
Michael Cepero has training in the service industry, the
music industry, and has been given extensive training in medical
billing. He is currently pursuing his degree in psychology from
the University of Central Florida.

Erin Schantz
Office Staff
Erin Schantz has training in the service and restaurant
industries. She also has law office support staff expereince. She
and has been given
extensive training in medical billing and is pursuing her degree in
psychology from the University of Central
Florida.

Nicole Rubin
Office Staff
Nicole Rubin has training in communications, retail, service and management and has training in medical
billing. She is currently pursuing her degree in psychology from
the
University of Central Florida.

Shari Press
Office Staff
Shari Press has training in the field of restaurant
management,
medical billing, computer support services, and is pursuing a degree in
psychology from the University of Central Florida.

Erin Nicole Rubin has training in communications, retail, service and management and has training in medical
billing. She is currently pursuing her degree in psychology from

University of Central Florida.
