Walter Echols is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Master Level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP). He received his graduate degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida.

He has extensive experience as an adolescent and adult counselor with over 20 years of experience working with a variety of clients. Walter uses a cognitive behavioral (CBT) approach in treating disorders such as anxiety, depression and addictions.

During his twenty years in the field, Walter has worked for Osceola Drug Court, Park Place Behavioral Health, The Grove Counseling Center for Adult and Adolescents, The Florida Department of Corrections, and outpatient counseling services in the Orlando area. His clients include individuals and groups with issues concerning grief and loss, substance abuse, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, unresolved childhood abuse, and chronic mental health issues. He also has experience with the LGBTQ population.
